📦 Shipping Methods Based on Incoterms 2020
- EXW (Ex Works): The seller makes the goods available at their premises (e.g., factory or warehouse). All costs and risks associated with transportation from the seller’s location to the final destination are borne by the buyer.
- FCA (Free Carrier): The seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier nominated by the buyer at the agreed place. This term is suitable for all modes of transport.
- CPT (Carriage Paid To): The seller pays for the carriage of the goods to the named destination, but the risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the first carrier.
- CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To): Similar to CPT, but the seller also contracts for insurance cover against the buyer’s risk of loss or damage during transit.
- DAP (Delivered At Place): The seller delivers the goods to the named place in the buyer’s country, without unloading. The seller bears all risks involved in bringing the goods to the destination.
- DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded): The seller delivers the goods, unloaded, at the named place of destination. All costs and risks until unloading are borne by the seller.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller delivers the goods, cleared for import, and pays all duties and taxes, placing them at the disposal of the buyer at the named destination, ready for unloading.

- EXW: Delivery time depends on the buyer’s arrangement to collect the goods from the seller’s premises.
- FCA: Delivery time is determined by the agreement between the seller and buyer.
- CPT and CIP: Delivery time depends on the transit time to the named destination.
- DAP, DPU, and DDP: Delivery time is based on the agreed schedule to the named place of destination.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen Incoterm, weight, dimensions of the goods, and the destination. The final amount will be displayed during the checkout process.
